By accessing pbiglending.loan, submitting an application, uploading documents, or using our funding assistant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

No guarantee of approval or funding

Submitting an application, uploading documents, receiving a reference number, or communicating with our team or funding assistant does not guarantee approval or funding. All financing requests are subject to review, underwriting, and approval by PBI Global Lending and its funding sources. Amounts, rates, terms, fees, and structures vary based on the applicant's business profile, credit, revenue, collateral, and lender criteria, and are determined only at the time of a written offer.

Not an offer to lend

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, page copy, chat responses, or confirmation messages — constitutes an offer, commitment, or obligation to lend, nor a quote of specific rates or terms. Only a signed written agreement between you and a funding source creates a binding financing arrangement.

Commercial purpose

The financing described on this website is intended for business and commercial purposes and for business or investment properties. It is not offered for personal, family, or household purposes.

Accuracy of information

You agree that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named, and that you have the right to share any documents you upload. Submitting false or misleading information may result in denial of your request and may carry legal consequences.

Authorization

By submitting an application you authorize PBI Global Lending to:

• review your request and the documents you provide;
• share your request and documents with funding sources, lenders, and underwriters for the purpose of sourcing financing for you;
• contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request; and
• obtain business and, where applicable, personal credit information — after we notify you and obtain any additional consent required.

Submitting an application through this website does not by itself result in a credit inquiry.

Use of the funding assistant

Our funding assistant is an automated tool that helps explain products, answer common questions, and collect the details needed to start a request. Its responses are general information, not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it cannot approve financing or quote rates or terms. Conversations are saved and reviewed by our team so that a specialist has full context on your request. Do not enter Social Security numbers, full bank account or routing numbers, card numbers, or passwords into the assistant.

Document uploads

You may upload documents that support your financing request. Accepted file types and a per-file size limit are shown on the upload page. Do not upload malicious files or content you are not authorized to share. Uploaded documents are stored privately, are not publicly accessible, and are used only to evaluate and service your request. We may remove files that are corrupt, unreadable, or unrelated to a financing request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit fraudulent or automated applications, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or another applicant's information, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to violate any applicable law. We may decline, suspend, or remove any request at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, and branding of this website are the property of PBI Global Lending and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Third-party services

This website relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, data storage, file storage, email delivery, and the automated assistant. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own security practices. We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBI Global Lending is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Governing law
